    BS – work up to reps of 235#
    FS – worked up to reps of 185#
    OHS – stayed very light
    Completed all PU, C2B, and MU.

    WOD:
    Went RX as written except lighter weight on OHS.
    Just short of 2 full rounds. Muscle ups slowed me down.

    Modified WOD: MRX barbell, 5 ring muscle ups subbed for the bar.
    2 rounds plus 12 front squats

    2 rounds + 16 reps (1 fs)
    Ripped on last bar mu – personal goal was to complete 2 rounds so I’m happy with that. Strung some sets of 3 and 2 mu’s, then mainly singles on 2nd round.

    10 cal row (penalty for not being the first one to rower or bike was doing 10 burpees instead)
