AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
35 Double Unders
1 Squat Snatch (Athletes choice on load)
Score is the sum of all successful squat snatches.
Rules: Athlete only gets one attempt at completing the squat snatch each round. If they miss the lift then they start over with DU’s. Only the successful squat snatches count toward overall total.

    He won’t post but this handsome fella got 12 rounds using 175#!! And hit a PR of 205 after the wod! I’ll be braggadocious today!

  3. well 6a was an interesting session for me today… I certainly wasn’t awake or functioning properly, my goodness.
    Squat snatches
    75-85-90-90-95-95-100-100-105-105
    took me so long to warm up…
    Wod 1 with 95#: failed the first FOUR snatches!!!!
    Humbling, so stripped the weight to 85# and finished the workout with 5 rounds.

    Then I tried again 30 mins later:
    65-75-85-85-95-95-100-100-105-105
    Wod 2: 85# and got 11 rounds = 935 (no misses)

    Then finally felt warm and did it again right after:
    Wod 3: 95# and got 10 rounds = 950

    Hot mess express. Don’t do what I did 🙂

    The kids commented on the ride home that there was a lot of cursing today – especially after the first lift in the WOD.
