    Max unbroken parallette strict hspu’s with one hspu mat= 3. Did one additional (very ugly) single.
    Max unbroken Bar MU’s= 7 (PR). Felt like I could have gotten a few more, but hand ripped.

      WOD:
      3 rounds – 400m run, 40 box step ups, 20 sit-ups.

      Maddy:
      Tester – 12 knees to elbows, 16 HSPUs w/3 ab mats (top of head was only an inch from 3rd ab mat at full extension, but good practice!), 2 min hang from bar.
      WOD:
      3 rounds – 800m run, 40 box jumps/step ups (20” box), 40 sit-ups.

      Abigail:
      Tester – 17 knees to elbows, 17 HSPUs with 2 ab mats, 7 pull-ups (kipping).
      WOD: 3 rounds – 400m run, 40 box jumps / step ups, 40 sit-ups.
