    I overestimated myself and attempted all RX. I realized my mistake when my C2B took me 4 minutes to get to 15…

    Great workout- 6am was MOVING today! Fun to be a part of it.
    Ripped on TTB #10 and finished that set with 30 GHD which makes a huge difference on time. My time would have been much slower if I had done all 40 TTB.

    For future reference:
    butterfly 5/3/2 CTB. The rest kipping.

  5. Fracture in left hand, so made a few modifications.
    Weight was RX and all exercises were completed as written unless mentioned below.
    *40 strict push-ups and 40 box jumps in place of burpee BJs.
    *Strict pull-ups in place of C2B.
    *40 GHDs in place of T2B.
    *40 WB(20#) step-ups in place of WB shots
    Time: 31:17

    1. Heather: funked up 20’s with 35# barbell
      Subbed ring rows for C2B, WB sit-ups for T2B, 40 skier jumps instead of dubs. 40 DL @ 35#.

      Maddy: funked up 20’s with 25# barbell
      Subbed ring rows for C2B, Knees to elbow for T2B, 40 skier jumps instead of dubs.

      Abigail: funked up 20’s with 25# barbell
      Kipping pull-ups for C2B, Strict T2B (15 reps), 40 skier jumps instead of dubs.
