200-ft. dumbbell overhead lunge
50 dumbbell box step-ups
50 strict handstand push-ups
200-ft. handstand walk
Men: 50-lb. dumbbell / 24-in. box
Women: 35-lb. dumbbell / 20-in. box

    Masters 55+:
    dumbbell overhead lunge (35/20 lb)
    dumbbell box step-ups (35/20 lb, 24/20 in)
    5-in. elevated strict handstand push-ups
    bear crawl

    WOD 2 = completed all 10 rds w/20# DB

    WOD 3 = 2 rds + 5 DB snatches
    20# DB, 18” step ups

    Last year I did this w/ a 35# DB – this year I did #45 DB
    WOD 1. Got through 49 Step-ups (last year I made it to 9 HSPU w/ 3 abmats)
    WOD 2. 45#, completed
    …collapsed…lost consciousness
    WOD 3. w/ 45# DB – 2rds + 4 box jumps

    WOD 2: All rounds complete (around 30 seconds)
    WOD 3: 2 Rnds + all box jumps & 1 snatch

    Rest 2 minutes
    AMRAP in 3 minutes:
    10 Box Jumps 24″
    10 Alternating DB Snatch
    Rounds=3+9 DB Snatch

    Wod at home (35# KB since no DB)
    1) 7 strict (1 ab mat)
    2) completed with 35#
    3) 4 + 15 reps (5 KB snatch)
    So incredibly sore from yesterday.
    Abs virtually with steph and chrissy 😉
