    14’ climbs, 24” box jumps, 8 strict HSPU 1 ab mat all unbroken. Shoulders smoked

    w/ strict hspu unbroken through 10 rounds,

    -Got coached for 1-2.5min on how to do kipping HSPU during the WOD so that ran into my time.
