    Bench: finished the 12-10-8-6-4-2 w/ 185
    WOD rxd. Ring dips were difficult so I’m sure they weren’t to standard.

    Wod RX up to round of 6 reps then hurt left shoulder. Finished with round 6-4-2 with just power cleans & S2O no dips or push ups.
