    WOD: USACE (completed at work)
    Sled push/pull. 30 meter push down – 30 meter pull back. Prowler sled – 120# (includes sled wt). Completed 25 laps (push then pull).
    100 pwr cleans @ 100#.

    Both untimed. Worked with what I had today.
