Strict Pull-ups for the odd minutes and Strict Ring Dips or Bar Dips for the even minutes.

    Alternated between strict pull-ups & strict ring dips
    Did 5 reps each minute
    *
    2nd 20 minutes
    C&J 155#
    1st minute- 10 reps
    Rest of the 9 rounds did 8 reps
    Total: 82 reps

  2. Wod rx +

    RMU’s
    2-1-3-1-2-3-2-1-2-3 = 20

    C & J @ 135#
    4-4-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-6 = 49

    Rmu- practiced stringing them together in false grip, able to get multiple couplets for the first time but also many misses 😛

    Minutes 1,5,9,13,17 – Squat Clean Thrusters
    7-7-6-6-6 = 32 reps
    Minutes 3,7,11,15,19 – Power Snatch
    7-7-6-6-6 = 32 reps
    Total: 64 reps

    WOD2 RX – RMU
    9-6-7-5-4-3–4-5-4-4
    Total: 51 reps

    7-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-10= 81

    RMUs – just practiced technique; realized I need to strengthen my triceps a lot more before I can tackle muscle ups.

  6. G2O (c&j) @ 105# all singles
    9-10-9-10-10-10-10-10-9-11=98

    Ring MU practice
    First 4 minutes practiced skills on shorter rings
    Last 6 minutes attempted full ring muscle ups

  7. felt saucy and tried to get back on the rings today….I’ve lost a few pounds so I gave it a whirl.

    Wod’s
    Ring MU – was able to do 1 each round = 10 total
    *also did 10 burpees = 100 total

    G2O (C & J) – 115# = 10/round = 100 total

    RMU for 6 rounds, 3 each round (18)
    BMU for 4 rounds, 5 each round (20)

    All sets did 6
    Total = 60

    RMU’s
    Did what Sean told me too!
    Started out doing 2’s
    Went to 3’s
    Last two sets did 4’s
    Total = 30

    9 each round
    Ring MU
    2 each round through 7, then did some bar MU, but mostly standing around. Ryan G, proud of us for *trying* EMOM RMU.

  11. WOD Rx+ (on c&j)

    Goal was to get 5 Reps by the 30 second mark each round and then take an extra 30 seconds rest. That worked until round 7, then was closer to 35-40 seconds after that.

    5 Reps for 9 rounds
    8 reps for last round
    Total: 53 reps

    Practiced kipping dips, swing on rings and ring transitions
