  10. First CF work out in a year!!!!! I just took the covid year off for no reason…
    I am sure I won’t be able to get out of bed tomorrow.
    Did 10 knee push ups each time
    Used two 20# dumbbells and cut all reps in half.
    I got 3 DB to OH and had to do remaking with one DB
    Used 1 dumbbell for the DB squat clean thrusters

    17 minutes
