    WOD 1 – 4 kipping HSPU, 8 T2B = 6 + 2
    WOD 2 – 6 red band bar dips, 8 sec L sit = 7
    WOD 3 – Rx 2 wall climbs, 8 v-ups = 5 + 2

  2. Strength: 20 SP, 5 PP, 5 PJ = 75 pts
    WOD mostly Rx’d (L-sits were probably a little sketch)
    4ish/5ish rounds each AMRAP
