New Aztec tanks PREORDER has been extended through the weekend! 
 
In observance of Independence Day CFJ will be offering two morning classes on Monday, July 5th at 8:00am & 10:00am.  All other classes will be canceled.
 
For time:
21 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 95/65# MRX 75/55#
42 Wall Ball Shots 20/14# 10/9’ MRX 20/10# 9’
18 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
36 Wall Ball Shots
15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
30 Wall Ball Shots
12 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
24 Wall Ball Shots
9 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
18 Wall Ball Shots

Rest 3 minutes from end of WOD, then:
 

“Finisher”
One max rep set of SDHP with WOD weight + Over the Bar Burpees for time:
If 10 reps or less perform 25 Over the Bar Burpees
If 11-15 reps perform 20 Over the Bar Burpees
If 16-20 reps perform 15 Over the Bar Burpees
If 21-25 reps perform 10 Over the Bar Burpees
If 26-30 reps perform 5 Over the Bar Burpees
Or 30 for time and no burpees
* Only touch and go at the ground but can rest in hang position

    Did 150 WB PP instead of standard WB with squat.

    I absolutely loathe wall balls, but I can tell I’m getting better. Sets of 10 for the first 2 rounds, then sets of 6 to finish. Couldn’t do more than 3 at a time a month ago.
