  1. WOD A/B Rx w/ finisher.
    A: @ cap of 25 min finished through last round of burpees. After cap finished 40 OHS @ 31:12
    B: Finisher – under the 10 minute cap (before 35 min) did 165# 10 rep front squat.

    10 FS @155#. Didn’t feel like a max, but felt good. (Note: try 185 next time)
