  8. WOD 16 chest to bar pull ups + 11 chest to bar pull ups. Started with 155lb went down to 135lb on the 2nd set after deadlifts.

    C2B was 15-7-5 (happy with that)
    Was on a one track mind and didn’t mix grip my DL, that’s what I would do different next time.
    Would like to do this with a normal bar just to see how quick I could go.

    2016 completed this in 9:10 with jumping pull-ups

    KP abs then 3×15 quick paced GHDs
