  1. Activator: 6 rds of each (5 strict pull-ups, 5 strict HSPU)
    Started off trying to do both EMOM style…which was aggressive
    Mod wod (no WBS area, etc)
    3 rds
    30 KB goblet squats (w/35#)
    20 push press @ 85#
    30 HSS (to todays standard) @ 85#
    Made it through 20/30 HSS in last round, finished after cap.

    EMOM 3 strict black band pull ups & 3 2-abmat strict HSPU
    WOD: Rx 20:53 (around 5 wallball no reps per round)
