    5 strict press @ 125 (from floor)(failed 5th rep on last set)
    WOD
    15 burpees
    10 V-ups
    10 KBS @ 70
    7 rds + 6 burpees
    Almost dialed it back to 10 burpees after second set, but I was committed

  2. Strict press with 95#
    First two set were in the seated position.
    Everything after was from the floor and standing.

    After 4th round side stitches kicked in and was only able to get 8 rounds + 10 meters

    WOD RX’d other than shuttles were 2x50m bc it was pouring on me and turning around 10x’s was too scary, so we carefully turned twice each round.
    10 + 2 swings
