For time:
Max touch and go clean & jerks with WOD load into appropriate run distance.
0-5 reps=800 Meter Run
6-10 reps=600 Meter Run
11-15 reps=400 Meter Run
16-20 reps=200 Meter Run
21 or more reps=No Run

    C&J @ 155
    Strict pull-ups
    Made it through 6/15 C&J on the way back in 20:00
    Couldn’t drop; all C&J were in TNG sets of 3 or more (mostly 3)

    Too soon for two-a-days! Now I’m gonna go sleep for 16 hours! But… Fun class! Glad I got to see some afternoon’ers!

    Full disclosure -dropped the barbell and talked to Georgie for a second and then looked at clock and it said 1:43 so I’m guessing 1:40.
    Then ran a 400 with G and Steph [shout out to Steph for doing 125#, Chrissy for getting 22 reps, and Ali and her KILLER CTB today! 🙂 ]

    No idea on time, didn’t even think to look at the clock once I got 11 reps
