80 Kettlebell Swings 70/55# MRX 55/35#
160 Double Unders
320 Calorie Bike
*Only one athlete working at a time. Switch and split up reps as needed.

    276 cals
    40 minutes is a long time to keep some peoples attention….but I was surprisingly impressed by the first 10 minutes of effort.
