    Ripped on 8th MU in last round and finished with 2 kipping CTB
    Finished 8th MU at 13:27 and finished workout at 13:44

    BMUs finally felt “normal” wasn’t fighting to get on top of the bar for the first time in 1.5 yrs. Happy with how they went today.
