As many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

5 Muscle ups or 5 wall climbs

10 Deadlifts (Men 225 lbs, Women 155 lbs)

15 Box jump on and overs (Men 30” box, Women 26” box)

200 Meter run with dumbbell (Men 45 lb dumbbell, Women 30 lb dumbbell)
