C2B Pull-ups Rx+Bar MU’s MRX Pull-ups
Rest 5 minutes from time cap, then:
Max touch and go clean & jerks with WOD load into appropriate run distance.
0-5 reps=800 Meter Run
6-10 reps=600 Meter Run
11-15 reps=400 Meter Run
16-20 reps=200 Meter Run
21 or more reps=No Run
