What is CrossFit 101?
The CrossFit 101 is an opportunity for new members to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit and prepare for our group classes. Once the CrossFit 101 is completed athletes will have a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements and will be prepared for our regular group classes.

When are the CrossFit 101 classes?
Every week we start a new series of CrossFit 101 classes. They are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5:30 PM and last one hour.
How many sessions?
There are four sessions and all four sessions are offered every week. They are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM and last one hour. These 4 classes should be completed in order starting with Monday.
The CrossFit 101 classes offered at 5:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are included with monthly membership.
