    5 pull-ups (scaled back number from 10)

  3. Jenks Mile

    9:32 (PR I believe, can anyone tell me when we did it last?)

    WOD 1 w/ 275#

    4 + 5DL

    WOD 2 Rx’d
    5 + 1 dip

    Forgot how much the jenks mile takes out of the tank. Good to be running again though.

  4. Jenks mile – 9:30 (ran this harder than I wanted to. Could hear Jordan’s footsteps and competitive instincts took over)

    WOD 1 w/ 275# DL – 4 rds even
    WOD 2 Rx’d – 3 rds + 5 sit ups

  5. Mitchell it was actually October 9th (131009)

    No PR on Jenks mile, only off by 8 seconds though. Not bad considering.

  6. Jenks Mile – 10:17 (6 seconds from PR, darn)
    WOD 1 with 135# – 3 + 5 deadlifts + 1 pullups
    WOD 2 (dips not below parallel) – 4 rounds + 6 dips

  7. Open WOD 14.5 for 60+ women
    (All same as indvidual women w/exception of 45# thrusters)

    23:45 (SLOW)

    One lady over 60+ did this in 13.54..and my 14.5 score is currenty 84th..and will drop when everyone posts. I realy need to train more days!

    (Thanks Paul, Nicole and Berlyn for cheering me on..and Breck for judging)

  8. Jenks mile 10:52
    Didn’t keep track of WOD. Did 155# about 4 rounds and banded dips with about 7 rounds ended at 15 sit ups

  9. Jenks Mile: 9:37

    Wod 1 w/225 2 rounds + 1 round and 5 pull ups
    Wod 2 5 rounds

    Pretty sure Breck said some negative things that affected my score. Either way it felt terrible

  10. Paul 40/m/165/5'9"

    Jenks mile

    400 = 1:28
    200 = 0:41
    400 = 1:31
    200 = 0:43
    400 = 1:33

    Total time 9:56. Tied PR

    WOD #1 with 10 DL @ 155# and 20 squats
    4 rounds and 1 DL.

    WOD #2 with jumping bar dips and sit ups.
    7 rounds even.

    Good job 5:30 class!!
