  1. Missed all the lifts I hit last week and was a minute slower than my last time on Grace. A rest day and some mental restoration is in order. May even have to give myself a Stuart Smalley pep talk….

  10. First I want to say kuddos to all of you guys at Crossfit Jenks. You guys post incredible numbers and times on a daily basis. I used to do the daily WOD’s off of the main site but have now been following Breck’s programming for the last few months.

    Unfortunately, my house and job are nowhere near Crossfit Jenks because I would love to get in there and train with you guys. I do these workouts each morning in my garage with my wife and look forward to seeing how much I need to improve when I see what most of you do.

    I have been to a few other Crossfit gyms over the last three years. Dont take for granted what you guys have with Breck and Crossfit Jenks. It’s top notch.

  12. Sean, enjoyed reading your post!! Too bad you and your wife can’t join us a CFJ. It is AMAZING!! I drive 60 miles (round trip) and it’s worth it!!!!! Breck is the BEST coach (ask any member)!! Nicole, Christina, Paige and Kevin are great trainers too!! “LOVE CROSSFIT JENKS “(except when we have to do OH Squats!Ugh!)
