Bam, what a great benchmark WOD to knock out before Church. Trainer Breck, this training you school us on is definitely causing me to improve and my wife. The first time I performed FRAN was 16:36. The most recent time prior to today was 14:14. Well, take a look at today’s FRAN WOD time posted below. I still want to break sub 10:00 mins and perform at least one round un-broken (definitely getting closer) and eagerly await how I will perform in 8 weeks after my body under goes medical metamorphosis (just kidding, recovers).
