OH Yea the old Turkey Mountain 5 mile trail race, I felt guilty since I could not make it and I know Breck is out probably running sub 6:00 minute miles; so, I knocked out a two-mile run before the WOD. Additionally, the new CrossFit Jenks (FIT) facility is looking good and coming along. Can’t wait to train there, hardcore CrossFit Style!!!

    2 mile run = 16:59 on outdoor rolling hill course
    CFWU x 1 @ 10 reps

    WOD as RXd:
    Deadlift(max weight) 7 sets 1 rep max
    1= 225
    1= 275
    1= 305
    1= 325
    1= 325 no go lost grip
    1= 305 x 2 reps
    1= 305 x 2 reps

    Coach Berry Dictated Weak Area Follow-Up Training:
    3 sets 21 reps body weight deadlifts (weigh 169 lbs. deadlifted 185 lbs.)

    1st set broken = 17 + 5
    2nd set broken = 11 + 3 + 3 + 4
    3rd set broken = 12 + 4 + 3 + 2

    It looks like you got a good one in this morning! I will be deadlifting horse stall mats later today.

    As for the trail race, I placed 2nd overall and 1st in my age group with a time of 35:02. I beat my time of last year by over 2 minutes with doing ONLY CrossFit training.
