About 46 minutes – nice and humid and hilly and very sweaty- happy I got something done but sad I missed it at cfj!! I’m sure you all rocked it 🙂

    Last mile=9:5?…that last 800m HURT!

  8. Murph
    Started 20/40/60 for 3 rounds
Then went to 5/10/15 for the rest.

Thanks DB for your 25 years of service! And everyone else who has served.

  9. I am not going to lie, I had planned on doing MURPH early tomorrow am since I coached the morning classes. However, after watching all of you dig deep in the heat and humidity and push hard for MURPH, you got inside my veins and blood and motivated me to do it today. Not a PR by far but worked real hard for MURPH!

MURPH as RXd (no vest) = 43:58

Great job again CFJ. Have a safe and marvelous Memorial Day weekend!
