  1. Nice pics of some front squat examples! Motivated me to train hard today on the WOD.

    Stretch/CFWU x 3
    15 minute stair climber (79 floors climbed)

    WOD as RXd = Front Squat (7sets 3 reps max wt)
    Set 1 = 95lbs
    Set 1 = 135lbs
    Set 1 = 145lbs
    Set 1 = 1555lbs
    Set 1 = 135lbs
    Set 1 = 135lbs
    Set 1 = 135lbs

    Trained a little extra to work on some weak areas:
    25 Wall Ball (20lb Ball 10 ft tgt) x 2 sets
    10 OHS (Overhead Squats) with 65 lbs x 2 sets
    35 Crunches x 2 sets
