    Five rounds for time of:
    50 Squats
    100 Rope jumps

    As RXd = 14:24

    Follow-Up Training
    4 sets body weight squats (actually went a little heavier @ 195lbs) max reps 8, 9, 8, 8
    1 set 135lb squats @ 12 reps

  2. Did another run, have to do something for class and won’t be able to make it down to the gym tonight, so….

    Treadmill:
    5 min warm-up (6mph)
    15 min Tempo run (8mph)
    Total: 20 min- 2.49 miles

    Felt kinda sore from yesterday’s run.. looking forward to what “WOD” Coach Berry will make up for me tomorrow 🙂
