Treadmill: 5 min warm-up (6mph) 15 min Tempo run (8mph) Total: 20 min- 2.49 miles Felt kinda sore from yesterday’s run.. looking forward to what “WOD” Coach Berry will make up for me tomorrow 🙂 Reply
