“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

A month ago this WOD probably would have intimidated me. Today I had fun at it.
Celebration today: I did 5 unassisted pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1 after the WOD.
Ran 1 mile on treadmill. Crossfit makes my day a joy. Thanks for the endorphins.

Finally got a chance to post this morning’s workout. Unlike Mark, this was not one I had fun with. Took me longer to recover after this one than any other I’ve done so far.
2000 meter row for warmup = 8:40

Pull-ups 5-4-3-5-4-10-9-9 = 49
(last three rounds included some jumping pullups)
Push-ups 4-5-4-3-3-5-4-5 = 33
(last three rounds included some “modified” pushups)
Back extensions 8-8-9-7-6-7-6-8 = 59
Squats 7-6-7-5-8-5-8-11 = 57
Total = 198
Mark- way to go on the unassisted pullups. Next thing you know, you’ll be knocking them out with a boat anchor around your ankles! 🙂
