As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Overhead squats

20 Sit-ups

Multiply load by rounds for score.  For example:  10 rounds + 10 squats and 5 sit-ups at 95 lbs would be 10.5 x 95 which would equal a score of 997.5.

Post load, rounds and score to responses.

  1. WOD w/ 105# OHS (snatched the weight to get it overhead)

my wrists have never hurt so bad during a workout with OHS…it was like hot needles poking me the whole time 🙁

    6 rounds 10 OHS

  2. WOD as Rx’d- used 95lbs for first round then dropped to 85lb because of my elbow 🙁 not happy.
    OHS- 85lbs
    10 rounds + 10 overhead squats
I have absolutely no idea how to do this math.
