  1. Muscle up practice:
    Finally strung together a couple of consecutive muscle ups w/o regripping/resetting.

    WOD:
    An embarassing 21:33. Although my kipping pull up is 1000x better than what it was, I still struggle with high rep pull-ups.

  2. Double-under Tabata: 137

    Muscle-ups: worked on progressions. I feel the road may be long.

    WOD as rx’d: 22:06

    Push-ups were frustrating! Could only do sets of two at the end.

  3. Tabata double unders- 227 (have I ever mentioned how much I love double unders??)
    First time to do 2 consecutive muscle ups in a row!! Yay!
    WOD as Rx’d -14:21???
