    Made all the squats but was late going down on 6-8 reps.
    WOD w/ 135, 24″ and rows
    36-31-33-34-33 = 167

  2. Sally w 95#. Didn’t make the last 5 squats

    Wod w 95# & step-ups
    1) 34
    2) 37
    3) 36
    4) 38
    5) 42

    Total – 187cals

  3. “Bring Sally Up” w/ 115# – think I blacked out and missed 2-3x

    WOD w/ 135# / mostly step-ups / row

  4. Wod 17.2 rx with the beautiful wife judging.
    2 muscle ups in the second round.
