  1. DL w/ 135#, stayed light. After 2 wks off and easing the knee back into it, it was like starting over.

    WOD w/45#KB(wasn’t anymore 55#), strict TTB, strict parallete HSPUs, and mrx DL 165#

    at home..raining and did not not want to drive to Jenks…but not the same!!!
