45 pound weighted Pull-ups
For weighted pull-ups, placing a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles works great.

Tuesday 070911 (1 day back) did Wednesday Evening after performing Army PT in the morning, so a little fatigued.
Three rounds for time of:
50 Pull-ups
185 pound Deadlift, 21 reps
TIME = 26:26 as RXd
Glad to see the morning guys weren’t the only ones who got to meet “Helen” yesterday.
After my first three official WODs in an actual Crossfit facility I’m sure enjoying my day off, but still looking foward to the next WOD.

as Rx’d. Had to share the belt with another guy though while we did the weighted pullups. We had to wait on one another throughout the pullups.
We did not keep a time but we both finished between 12-15 minutes. I also opened up the blisters that I got earlier in the week (150 pullups and 63 (185lb) deadlifts).
