  1. First post, although I have been trying to fit more and more Crossfit into my workouts.
    I ran the 400’s on a treadmill since I was out of town completing the workout at an LA Fitness Club, and familiar with the territory. Did the powercleans with 30 lbs. Did assisted pull-ups. Time: 40:40
    It was a great joy.

    Had to modify today’s WOD because I frankly perform terribly at L-Hold Pull-Ups and decided I needed to train up for them. The WOD is extremely similar, with an addition to help me get there on L-Hold Pull-Ups. Oh yea I screwed up and Used a heavier weight 85lbs on my powercleans. It was early in the am.
