100 Alternating Push-ups (wait for partner to lock out before next rep starts)
200 Meter Sled Push/Pull (one partner pushes while other pulls; switch at 100 meters)
400 Meter Double Dumbbell/Kettlebell Carry 35/25# DB’s Rx+40/30# DB’s MRX 30/20# DB’s
800 Meter Med Ball Carry 20/14# MRX 14/10#
1600 Meter Run (partners run together)
 
*Sled Push loads: Men=90# Women=45# Man/Woman=65#
*Each partner has their own set of DB/KB’s and med ball.
*Can start from top to bottom or bottom to top.
