    BRECKLES, as you know my WOD will come slow and late but here are a few results.

    Sunday 070909 (1 day back)
    As RXD
    Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
    Got Up to 155lbs for three of the sets

    Monday 070910 (1 day back)
    Modified performed all three exercise straight going from shoulder press to push press and to actually split jerk to work on form and technique. This = 5 sets of 9 reps of the three exercises.
    Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
    Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
    Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

    1 set at 115
    1 set at 125
    3 sets at 135
