    4 Handstand push-ups~Nose to floor

    6 Kettlebell swings~ 70 lbs

    12 complete rds~was starting my kettlebell swings when clock expired.

    Rounds = 15 + 1 Muscle-up

    I want to apologize to the morning crew. I didn’t notice until about 7:30am that I had made a mistake and put 6 kettlebell swings instead of 8 that is rx’d. Don’t worry we will do this one again soon. Sorry!

    I should have came this morning so I only had to do 6 Kettlebells. (70# pumpkins really suck)

  7. Subbed 3 pull-ups and 3 bar dips, abmat on hspu’s.
    Used rx’d weight on KB. 6 KBS shy of 9 rounds. Shoulder kept me from finishing..
