    Completed all 30 rounds
    Broke up push ups from the beginning, most were 6-4. Finishing with about 20 secs each round. I did re-rip on round 18… Make sure you find your pace and settle in.

    Completed 26 rounds (finished air squats of last round after time expired). Mostly strict pull-ups (hands still ripped up and poor grip strength today).

    “Chelsea” scaled to 3 ring rows, 6 push-ups and 9 air squats. She completed 18 rounds plus 3 ring rows.

    Round 20 Skipped (ripped Hands)
    Round 21-30
    4 ring rows
    8 push ups
    12 air squats
    Skipped round 26

  10. Not sure why but mine didn’t post yesterday…
    WOD Rx
    Completed all 30 rounds
    Pushups mostly 6-4 but the last few rounds were 6-2-2 and a couple 6-3-1
