  1. Clean 275# (10# under lifetime PR, first time over 265# since 2017)
    Bench 285# (5# under lifetime PR, most since 2017)
    OHS 255# (10# PR)

    Other Total: 815#

  2. Back squat: 275 (got stuck at the bottom of 285 and couldn’t come back up).
    Strict press: 155
    Bench Press: 255 (PR)
    Deadlift: 10 touch n go at 255

    *WB shots are my kryptonite and this workout had a bazillion of them!

    -10 GHD’s
