    Well bench want happening for me. I got 5 reps at 135 and hurt like hell. So I opted to do front squats after cleans. Up to 185. Couldn’t do Karen as well. Did 100 medicine ball 20# squats cleans. 8:53

    I’m so ready for this crap to be over with.

    7:12….SAD when a lot of the times today are the same or better than mine with the lightest ball!
    Didn’t plan on doing this WOD until I felt pressured by Breck after his speech! Wall balls have and continue to be a huge struggle for me!
