    5@135-5@185-5@225-5@275-1@315, most weight I’ve pulled in 10 months.
    WOD w/ 225 and burps to PU bar – 5:08
    Our judge no showed this morning, so I guess I’ll just have to chalk today up as a workout toward the never ending pursuit of fitness…

    Didn’t do much. Completed about a full round then did GHD and strict HSPU

    Was feeling pretty good about my pace until Georgie beat me right at the end, and Breck’s PR is 2:58. No idea where I would get an extra 2 minutes from. Nice work on the WOD G.

    Completed all 3 rounds and almost unbroken (my last set of HSPU’s were 14/1).
