  6. Front Squat = 95-115-145-165-185- and I did 215 for 1 to see if I could get it. Now it was ugly but did not hurt and I barely got it, but not hurting is what I was wanting. Now tomorrow if it hurts will be the real deal.
    Now life throws us curve balls and my kitchen sink garbage disposal broke/went out. So I had to fix this immediately. Anyway after a couple of intense moments between myself and the Badger 5 disposal and a trip to Lowes, I was able to put a new one in.
    Now come WOD time which was now 1:05, I feel I am ready and let’s get r dun.

    WOD RX: 1st DNF in a long time. Got through 15s and called it on account of a near visit from Pukey the clown. Considering all talk of creepy clowns lately, figured nobody wanted him to drop by.
