  1. “Flight simulator” made it to 35 unbroken. Tripped on 11/40. (Got 40 unbroken in the WOD)

    WOD w/2 abmats for HSPU, sub air squats for T2B

  2. “Flight Simulator” completed @ 9 min

    WOD as Rx’d w/ GHDs instead of sit-ups = 21:31 – 3 = 18:31…..so slow on almost every movement in the WOD. 🙁

    Failed the first 45 twice so called it good
    Wod rx+ with 1.5k AB instead of run
    Time=Rd 1= 6:27
    Rd 2= 9:27-19:40=10:13
    Total time =19:40

    Wod:
    600m row
    15 seated db strict press (25#)
    10 du attempts, but didn’t stop at 10 if in the middle of a set (rd 1: 7 successful/11 attempts, rd 2: 11/13 with set of 6 unbroken!)
    30 ab mat anchored sit-ups
    15 hanging knee raises

    Rd 1: 8:37
    Rd 2: 9:17
    Total time: 20:54-3:00 rest = 17:54

    Missed 3 times on set of 20’s coming back down ugh..was on set of 15’s at end of time

    Total=15:00-3:00=12:00
    Those ttb were rough coming off the GHDs

    Probably should of pushed harder but didnt want to have any misses.

    got through the 40’s unbroken then struggled to get to 45 (did eventually get there) and then fell apart trying to get to 50 – clipped on 48, 39, 22, joan laughed at me and screwed up my mojo!

    WOD mods:
    Assault bike (1.5k)
    HSPU w/ 2 abmats and 15# plate (still didn’t quite touch)

    18:24 – 3:00 = 15:24

  11. Flight simulator: finished 35’s on the way down, everything unbroken, and I’m proud of that! My shoulders were useless after though.

    Wod w/ GHD in rd 1, 1 abmat for hspu the whole time. PR for hspu in a wod!
    Completed 10 t2b at cap, then finished last 5 t2b
