“Murph”

For time:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

The gym will be closed Monday, May 30th for Memorial Day.

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
5 Handstand push-ups
10 Kettlebell swings (Men 55 lbs, Women 35 lbs)
15 Box jumps (Men 24” box, Women 20” box)

Post rounds to responses.

There will be no daycare offered at the 9:30am class today.

The 11:00am Free Introductory Class is canceled this Saturday, May 28th.

The gym will be closed Monday, May 30th for Memorial Day.  Have a happy and safe holiday weekend!
