Did CFWU
Modified the WOD
I did 65lb shoulder press for HSPU, did assisted pull-ups, did 30lb overhead squats for lunges. I did not feel like my hamstring injury could handle the lunges.
Did 4 rounds and one set 5x65lb shoulder press in 20 minutes.
I continued to be stunned by how physically demanding it is for me to hold 30lbs. over my head and squat. But I think I am beginning to get the hang of it.
So did the beer go down at the beginning of the race? one mug every mile? Or the race ain’t over til you slam down 3 beers right at the finish?
I gotta know if I am gonna Crossfit train properly.

1 Power clean
3 Hang squat cleans
2 Push jerks
200 Meter run
Rest 2 minutes after 5th round and repeat.
I modified this WOD and used 48lbs so I could work on form. I haven’t performed these types of lifts much at all.
