Did a bunch of pull-ups, assisted and unassisted.
Worked on OHS w/45lbs. Looking at the picture of Breck that is posted today, I think I am not putting my arms out wide enough on the bar. I will widen my grip and see if I can improve these.
Did some back squats up to 115lbs.
Ran 1 mile on treadmill
Breck, that makes me feel a little bit better about my time today. I just didn’t seem to have it in me today. I don’t think even scaling down to 75lb on the squat cleans would have made much difference in my performance today.
