    1 @ 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165(PR), 170(failed; mind wasn’t right)
    Wod as Rx’d:
    7 rounds complete +6 deadlifts

  2. airforce home wod w 30 # db 5:45 did 20 burpees in this wod

    about an hour later…
    50 thrusters w 30# db
    50 abmat situps
    50 pushups – hands off ground
    50 jumping squats
    50 abmat situps
    with 20 burpees between each round, 120 burpees 21:56

  3. Clean & Jerk
    135-185-205-225-245-265-275-285-295(PR)-300(failed)

    WOD
    As Rx’d

  4. Max Squat Clean and Jerk: 70#
    (wow..big #’s on the clean and jerks today–both male & female –Congrats Breck on your 295# PR!!!)

    WOD w/25# KB and 105# DL – and only burpees (no pull ups–I took too
    long to find a pull up bar)

    6 rds + 2 dead lifts
    (42 burpees in WOD, 15 at home) =57
