    This WOD hurt, first time I ended a WOD in tears. The pain from the back extensions was so severe that I had to scale the reps..40-25-0. Runs & abs rx’d. Runs hurt, abs hurt…not a good day. It’s funny how your body will fail before your mind will. Good job to everyone that does this WOD today.
